Hydraulics
Retention cradle for irrigation | Castelfondo (Tn) | start of work: 2015 - nearing completion
Construction of a reservoir for restraint for irrigation, complete with ancillary works and water connections in loc. Ronchi of the Municipality of Castelfondo. Obtained by excavation on a weak slope reshaped with the introduction of a dam in earth with reinforced concrete core, it has a maximum flooded volume of 129,894 cubic meters and a maximum water height of 12.40 m. The overall development of the reinforced concrete core is 420 m. The water for the filling reaches the basin through a polyethylene pipe with a diameter of 450 mm, 9 km long, starting from the intake works to the cylindrical tank from which the irrigation network starts.

Residential construction
Private Building | Romallo | start of work: 2018 - in progress
New low energy consumption residential building (class A according to PAT Trento protocol). Supporting structure in XLAM wood, mineral wool coat, insulation covering in wood fiber. Low temperature heating system with air-water heat pump, controlled mechanical ventilation, home automation system. Made above a basement volume in reinforced concrete.

Industrial construction

Construction of a new agro-industrial complex for the conservation and processing of fruit (apples). The area of intervention is a total of 40,000 square meters while the complex is spread over 20,000 square meters. The building has a metal supporting structure with sandwich panel infills, also used for cell formation. There are facilities of:

  • Refrigeration: working with ammonia with indirect expansion with refrigerating fluid in glycol water that allows the cooling of the fruit up to 0 ° C;
  • Controlled atmosphere: system that allows to change the concentration of air by lowering the quantity of oxygen to "block" the ripening of the fruit;
  • Heating: there are two heating plants (one for the office area and one for the processing area) running on natural gas for a total power of 350kW, with mixed heating systems (floor, fan convectors, radiant panels);
  • Summer office cooling: with a special freon machine using the same heating systems (fan convectors, floor);
  • Fire-fighting: construction of a storage tank for exclusive fire-fighting use with two different systems operating thanks to two pressurization groups, sprinkler systems inside the building and hydrant and external monitors.
  • Work completed at the end of 2012.
